Sometimes a fresh perspective and helping hand is all you need to find peace in your place. As a Certified Home Staging Professional, I help clients both define and create function, harmony and style in their space.  My professional expertise is equally suited for established homeowners as it is for new home buyers and sellers.

The first step is listening and learning to your wants and needs.  Who lives in your home . . . people, pets? How do you live or work in that space?  Where do you spend your time, and how do you spend it?  What's working in the space and what's not working?  In this phase, we work together to develop a plan for achieving function, harmony and style.  We do this by using fundamental elements of design - furniture, rugs, window treatments, fabric, pattern, color, art, accessories - to create the intangible elements of design such as aesthetic, authenticity, style, and comfort.  We begin by "shopping your house", or working with pieces you have and are meaningful to you.  Then we may find new fundamental additions, or strategic subtractions, for an impactful redesign or home sale.

Once we agree on the direction we're going, I draw on a diverse background of experience to help us achieve your goals.  I'm a graduate of the New York Institute of Art and Design and am a member of both Designer Society of America and Real Estate Staging Association.  I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Promotion/Wellness and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.  Early in my career I honed my client service skills and attention to critical details by working with elite surgeons and their teams from around the world in both the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. I also managed employee wellness centers and still apply those early holistic ideas of wellness, as I believe a healthy balanced lifestyle begins within the walls of the home.
